"No Makeup" Makeup Look! & New Videos on Youtube!

Hey guys! So it's been a while since I've posted on here but I just wanted to do a quick post letting you know that I have a few new videos up on my youtube channel! 3 to be exact...well since my "What's in my bag" video! 

The newest one is a look on how I achieve the infamous "No makeup" makeup look...requested by my lovely sister lol!

I tried to mainly use drugstore products for this video because I really want people to know that you don't have to buy the most expensive products to look put together. 

While this isn't a full face of makeup, actually it's very subtle and natural, it still makes me feel better about myself to know my skin is evened out and my dark curles under my eyes are some what hidden!

As you can see it is very natural! Perfect for moms or when you're in a rush or just if you don't like wearing a lot of makeup! You can always add or take away products to your liking, this is just how I like my "no makeup" makeup lol!

What's In My Bag?

I have a new youtube video up! 

What's in my bag videos are some of my absolute favorite videos on youtube to watch! Since the weather has been crappy lately I decided I would go ahead and film one myself since my bag needed to be cleaned out anyways! 

A little info on my bag: this is the Michael Kors "Lilly Large Tote" I bought it at a Michael Kors store in an outlet mall in North Georgia about a year ago. I haven't seen this version of my bag on the Michael Kors website lately but there is a gold version. You can try eBay or Amazon or even the outlet malls. The original price for this bag is $398.00 u.s.d I paid $298 plus tax :)

Ps-the mua on my user name DOES NOT stand for make up artist-yet lol I am not a professional make up artist but I will be going to school for it soon! The M U A on my user name stands for make up addict lol...random I know. I've had my youtube channel for a few years and then I made another one which is what I am currently uploading videos on and that's the user name it gave me due to my email address...I can't change it unfourtunatly. New Youtube Videos

Everyday makeup routine|| mommy/work friendly

Guess what my beautiful dolls! I've uploaded another video! It's my third one! The quality of my videos is getting better! It looks great over wifi and pretty decent when you watch it just over your normal internet on your phone! However my hubby has a samsung galaxy s4 and it gives you the option to select to watch in  HD and it looks really good! I must say, I'm really enjoying doing these youtube videos! They can be time consuming but it's so worth it! I'm a stay at home mom so it's not like I do anything anyways! Lol!!! Anyways make sure you go check out the video for my everyday makeup routine! Super easy, fast, simple and the best part is, it is very "mommy/work friendly"  and be sure to like the video and subscribe to my channel!

I also have a video review for the new Viva Glam Rihanna lippie and a NYE tutorial (not the best quality) but they are there for your enjoyment! Muah! :)

MAC Viva Glam Rihanna Lipstick| Review

Hello my lovely dolls! So today's post is a quick review of the new Viva Glam lipstick.

Back when Bad Gal Riri first released her "RiRi hearts MAC" collection I knew she would be the next face of the Viva Glam line.

For those who aren't familiar with what Viva Glam is, I will explain.

Viva Glam is a way that MAC raises money for the mac HIV fund. Every single penny of every purchase, lipstick, lipglass etc is donated to the fund, helping people and families that are living with or affected by HIV. 

The retail price for the viva glam lipstick are $16.00 usd

Ok so onto the lippie...it is a frost finish, which means that it has tons of shimmer and a slight glossy finish. It is a beautiful deep red with gold specks that are seen best when applied on the lips.

Overall I would say go buy this lipstick! It is very flattering and I feel it would look good on many skin complextion. It would make a lovely valentines day lipstick, paired with a sultry bronzed smokey eye and the perfect little black dress...or any other outfit :)

Happy New Year!

HAPPY 2014!!!!!!

Hey dolls! I just wanted to come on here and write a little new year post! I've been seeing so much inspiration on Facebook and other sites I figured this was the best place to express myself lol. Today is officially the  first day of a new year, a new chapter in our lives! It's time to make changes! Let go of our pasts and the things that hold us back from achieving our goals and dreams! No one is promised tomorrow so we should live everyday like it was our last...no regrets. You can only learn from your mistakes and that leads to something called "growth!" Never let anyone tell you, "you can't" or "you're not good enough" because you CAN and you ARE good enough! The sky is the limit dolls! 

On another note this is my second post within a week...GO ME! Oh and my first youtube video is up on my channel! I know the quality isn't the best and it needs improvement all around but I will get better I promise (I'm STILL trying to get the hang of BLOGGING lol)...once I figure out how to share my video on here, I'll do a post for it, list all products and go in depth about each product and how they work for my skin and blah blah blah lol! New Year, New Me?!? Quick update and my new year resolutions :)

Hello dolls! It's been so long since I've posted on here but I've been super busy with all the holidays and birthdays going on and blah blah blah lol. 

So 2014 is just around the corner and I know every year we always set goals for ourselves..most of the time mine are far fetched and I give up on them but this year I've decided to keep them realistic! 

I've been trying to lose weight for a while now and I can drop a few pounds here and there but I can't ever really see the changes so I give up on the whole thing just to repeat all the steps again in a month. So this year I've set a goal for a reasonable amount of pounds I want to shed in a reasonable amount of time! I'm not doing it to only look better but to feel better and be healthier. I'm in no competition with anyone and I know losing weight happens differently for everyone. I'm going to be doing my weightloss journey diary on here so if you have any tips for me or want to join in...the more the merrier :) 

My other goal for the new year is to be consistent with my blog. I always say I'm going to post daily and let's face it...I don't. So I'm thinking maybe once a week or even twice is something I can handle. Lots of makeup reviews and DIY projects coming soon!!! :)

I'm also looking forward to posting my very first video on youtube soon! I've got a New Year's Eve make up tutorial and my everyday go to make up tutorial lined up soooooo yeah I'm pretty excited!!! Just trying to figure out how to go about filming it since I don't have any fancy equipment to use but I've got a phone with a good camera and editing software so maybe I'll try that and see how it goes lol!
